What I found most useful was the underwear, pads, intimate wipes, snacks (especially prunes), and the gel packs for my breasts!!! They were a lifesaver for sure!! My husband thoroughly enjoyed the ear plugs and eye mask for himself when we were in the hospital as it made it easier to sleep or catch a nap. The coconut oil soap I also thoroughly enjoyed as it was low scent which is something I never thought of with breastfeeding.

I bought mine at the Baby Show a few months ago when I was less than halfway through my pregnancy. Because my sister had a very traumatic birth with her first daughter which ended up being an unplanned c section. This time, she is having a planned c-section but is very anxious about it since the first birth. I thought that the c-section package would be something helpful to give her that showed I care and hope that it eases some of her anxiety. Using the warm breast compress helped so much for breastfeeding and does wonders for a clogged milk duct! Also the herbal teas helped with calming when things got a bit overwhelming. I loved the kit! It was perfect for me!

This is such a well thought out recovery bag! Everything you could think of (and then some) has been included to help your body physically recover after birth. It’s so well organized and for first time moms, this is amazing because you might not even know why/what some of the items are at first. As I second time mom myself, I really appreciate all the effort that goes into it and know I will be able care for my body with these items. A must have for anyone who is pregnant!

I was thinking if someone could just create a bag with everything I need for the hospital and afterwards. I would just grab the bag! And then YOU did! I hated the idea of running around trying to find all this stuff!
