SHIPPING & RETURNS
99% of orders ship within 2 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday). If your order is not going to ship in this time frame, we will email you to let you know ASAP (as may be the case with special orders or out-of-stock items). We reserve the right to decide on shipping partial orders or holding shipments for complete orders if not all items are in stock. You will be offered an alternative product of equal value and efficacy OR a refund if you do not approve the alternative item(s) we have listed.
- For products shipped within Canada, our shipping carrier normally takes 5-10 business days. Average shipping time within Ontario takes 3-5 business days, and outside of Ontario takes 4-8 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order via email. All Canadian customers will be charged applicable HST and Provincial taxes.
- Products shipped to the United States are expedited shipping so that we can track your package for you. Please allow 10-14 business days from the date your order is shipped.

All transactions are conducted through Pay Pal, Square Pay, or Stripe Payments. Secure third-party payment system. Our online store purchase form requires users to give us contact information such as their name, email, phone number, and postal address.

Please note that if any of our Labor & Postpartum Bags, Kits, Bundles, or Products need to be shipped urgently, it is advised that you email us right away to ensure we can process your order on time when this method of shipment is desired. Be sure to add your order number in the email subject line
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays in receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a complete shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of the items within each Healing Mama Co. Labor & Postpartum Bag, Kit, Bundle or products, all sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges
If you find that an item is missing in your Healing Mama order upon arrival, email us within 14 days of receiving your product. We are provided with a confirmation date of when shipments have been successfully received by each customer and we use this date to calculate the above 14 day window. Once we have conducted our due diligence and approve your missing or damaged item, we will notify you when the missing item will be mailed to you at no additional charge.
If a product you receive is damaged upon arrival, you must take a picture and send it us with 5 days upon arrival. We are provided with a confirmation date of when shipments have been successfully received by each customer and we use this date to calculate the above 5 day window. Once we have conducted our due diligence and approve your damaged item, we will notify you when the replacement item will be mailed to you at no additional charge.
If we deem the that the damaged product was due to shipping negligence we will start an investigation with the shipping company on your behalf. The timeline of shipping investigations vary, as soon as we receive any update from the investigation we will inform you of their decision.
