PRODUCTION TIMES
You will receive tracking details for your order directly from our shipper to the email address used to set up your Retail Portal Account, once your order has been shipped out. The following is our production timeline after you have placed your order, if you require your order faster than the timelined outlined below, please email us ASAP to make arrangements. *Additional charges may apply*
- Quantities of 1 – 10 Units = 2 to 3 Business Days
- Quantities of 11 – 50 Units = 5 to 10 Business Days
- Quantities of 50 – 100 Units = 10 to 14 Business Days
- Quantities 100+ Units = Please email us to confirm the production timeline

SHIPPING TIMES
Domestic (within Canada):
Orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. The total cost of shipments will be calculated at check out. You will also have the option to pick up your Healing Mama Product(s) from our warehouse free of charge.

INTERNATIONAL:
International orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The total cost of International shipments will be calculated at check out. Please allow for longer shipping times – clearance may take an additional 4-6 weeks depending on the customs regulations for your country. Please note, that we are not responsible for any duty charges that your shipment may incur. Your parcel may become held at customs, you will be notified by the courier and you will need to pay these duty charges before the parcel is delivered. Please know that we do not guarantee any shipping times outside of Canada and have no control over how long customs might hold your items. We do not offer refunds for shipping fees unless the courier refunds us for an error on their part.
- For products shipped within Canada, our shipping carrier normally takes 5-10 business days. Average shipping time within Ontario takes 3-5 business days, and outside of Ontario takes 5-10 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order via email. All Canadian customers will be charged applicable HST and Provincial taxes.
- Products shipped to the United States are expedited shipping so that we can track your package for you. Please allow 10-14 business days from the date your order is shipped.
